What is Great.full Goods?
Great.full Goods is a sustainable lifestyle shop in Harrisonburg, VA, offering low-waste essentials, refillable products, and workshops that help our community live more consciously.

Where are you located?
We’re in downtown Harrisonburg inside The Shops at Agora alongside other local businesses. Find us at:
📍165 S. Main Street #101 Harrisonburg, VA 22801 between Denton Park and Clementine Cafe.

What are your hours?
Tuesday-Saturday 10am-6pm and Sundays 10am-4pm

How does the refill station work?

1. Bring a clean, dry container from home—or purchase one in-store.

2. Weigh your empty container.

3. Fill it with your favorite product (cleaning supplies, personal care, etc.).

4. Re-weigh and pay for only the product, not the packaging!

What if I forget a container?
No worries! We offer jars, bottles, and compostable containers for purchase and free in our “jar library”.

Do you sell online?
Yes! You can shop select items at www.shopgreatfull.com

Products & Sustainability

Are your products plastic-free?
Yes, we carefully source products that are low-waste, refillable, or compostable. We also avoid polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), which many “eco” products still use.

Are your products local?
Whenever possible, we stock local and regional makers to reduce transportation emissions and support small businesses.

How do I know if something is really sustainable?
Transparency is our priority. We provide information on sourcing, ingredients, and packaging so you can make informed choices.

Workshops & Events

Do you host events?
Yes! We offer DIY workshops (like natural cleaning products, zero-waste living, and creative sustainability projects), plus community events such as family campouts and seasonal gatherings.

Can I book a private workshop?

Orders & Returns

What is your return policy?
Unopened, unused products in original condition can be returned within 14 days for store credit. Refill items, personal care, and hygiene products are non-returnable. All returns are Store Credit and there is a 15% restocking fee.

Do you ship orders?
Yes! We ship plastic-free, using recyclable and compostable packaging.us at mel@shopgreatfull.com
